Terms & Conditions

According to the provisions of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to appreciate the goods for 7 days (including national holidays) starting from the arrival of the goods. The first day for supermarket pickup is the day after pickup, and the first day for home delivery is the day after signing for goods. Please be sure to pay attention to whether the buyer himself signs for the goods or not.

Product returns

  • The appreciation period is not the trial period of the product, that is, the product itself has not been opened, used, and is in good packaging, and will not affect secondary sales. Only brand-new products can be returned.
  • In order to speed up the return process, this website "does not provide partial returns" and only provides "all product returns" for this order. Please purchase again if necessary.
  • If you want to return something, please contact us first and provide your "name", "contact number", "order number", "reason for return and photo" and other information. We will assist you with the return as soon as possible. Please send the return package according to the original order pickup method within 7 days of submitting the return request. Please keep the shipping signature until you receive the refund to facilitate subsequent returns.
  • For non-defective returns, the buyer needs to bear the original shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount (supermarket: NT$70/home delivery: NT$100).

Product exchange

  • If the goods in the package you receive do not match what you ordered, are defective or damaged, please contact us within the 7-day inspection period and we will assist you with a replacement as soon as possible. *Dirt or marks on the outer packaging caused by the delivery process do not affect the quality of the product and are not within the scope of exchange acceptance. We are not able to provide exchange service, please forgive me.
  • We will bear the exchange freight for defective products. Please send the return package according to the original order pickup method within 7 days of submitting the exchange request. Please keep the shipping signature until you receive the refund to facilitate subsequent returns and exchanges.

Supermarket late pick-up & home delivery returns

  • If the delivery method is to pick up the goods from a supermarket, if the goods are not picked up within 7 days of arrival, the goods will be returned and are considered overdue pickup at the supermarket. If you choose home delivery as the delivery method, if there is a return situation caused by personal factors such as no one to sign for it, the recipient cannot be contacted, or the shipment is refused, it is a home delivery return.
  • If the supermarket fails to pick up the package within the due date or the home delivery returns, we will cancel the order within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned package and make a refund. The refund will be deducted from the shipping fee incurred by the return (supermarket : NT$70/Home delivery: NT$100). For account remittance orders, we will refund the order after contacting you and obtaining complete account information.
  • If there are overdue pickups or home delivery returns on your member account, and if the items are accumulated twice without reason or malicious intent (inclusive), the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you to use this service. Please forgive me.

Refund method

  • Refunds will be made according to the original order payment method.
  • When you submit a return application, you agree to the return principles and accept that this website will handle invoice invalidation and related follow-up processing matters on your behalf.
  • After the return package is delivered, the product will be inspected for acceptance. Once confirmed, the refund process will begin. We will apply to Jinliu Company for refund/refund/gift card refund within 7-10 working days.

Credit card chargeback:

  • Since the working hours of each bank are different, it is expected that the refund will be credited 7-21 days after the refund. You can confirm the refund details on your credit card statement, or contact your credit card issuing bank.

Account refund:

  • Please provide complete account information when applying for return: financial institution name/branch alias/account number/account name
  • When filling in the refund account number, please note: ATM card and VISA debit card numbers are not necessarily equal to the passbook account number. Please refer to the passbook account number.

Gift Card Refunds:

  • Orders were checked out with a gift card and the refund amount will be credited back to the same gift card.

Return/exchange outside Taiwan

  • Please understand that there is no return/exchange service for packages in overseas areas.
