Return and exchange policy

Making you satisfied with our products is our primary goal. However, since most of our products are personal hygiene products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a shipping error or have any questions about the product, please send an email to info@goodthingstaketime.com with photos or a description of the error content . Our staff will confirm and arrange for shipping back. Please remind you to keep the original documents, invoices and product packaging when returning the goods so that we can do our best to assist you in processing.

Essential oils, vegetable oils, etc. are natural agricultural products and will vary depending on climate, light, rainfall and other terroir conditions.
Each batch of products may have differences in sensory characteristics such as smell, color, texture, etc. This is normal.

Shipping policy:
We have confirmed that the items are complete and normal when shipping. Once your item is shipped, the property is in the custody of the carrier and we will ask the carrier to notify you of the shipping tracking number so you can track it. If your item arrives damaged or missing, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Please note that goodthingstaketime is not responsible for accidental damage, delays, or package loss/stolen caused by the carrier.
